Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira born May 26th, 1978 Campinas Sao Paulo Brazil. She has acted on screen in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) as well as A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed to be a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime by March 2020. she is an analyst currently and team leader for GI-TOC Multilateral Engagement. Her research at the GI-TOC is focused on disappearances, assassinations and various forms of violence within the context of illicit economies. Also, she's concerned about the impact of organized crime as well as human rights on the humanitarian agenda and the law. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) and holds an LL.M. Fundacao Getulio Vargas has awarded her with an LL.M. cum laude for Public Law. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She has been a practicing lawyer for more than four years, working at a law firm that focuses on litigation involving public law. Previous experiences have included assisting as a non-governmental agency that are based in Rio de Janeiro or Geneva.
